打胶机连续运转并报警的原因!

  我们在使用中空玻璃上胶机时,可能会遇到很多情况。其中之一是中空玻璃上胶机泵连续运行并报警的情况。一般来说,造成这种情况的原因如下。
  We may encounter many situations when using hollow glass gluing machine. One of them is the continuous operation and alarm of the hollow glass glue machine pump. Generally speaking, the reasons for this are as follows.
  原因:胶水用完了。
  Reason: The glue has run out.
  解决方案:更换塑料桶。
  Solution: Replace the plastic bucket.
  原因:塑料桶内有空气,或压力过大无法粘合。
  Reason: There is air in the plastic bucket, or the pressure is too high to bond.
  解决方案:打开压力板上的放气阀,放胶后关闭橡胶泵上的放气阀,放胶后关闭。
  Solution: Open the vent valve on the pressure plate, close the vent valve on the rubber pump after releasing rubber, and close after releasing rubber.
  原因:橡胶气缸电接触压力表失效。
  Reason: Rubber cylinder electric contact pressure gauge failure.
  解决方案:更换新的电接点压力表。
  Solution: Replace the new electrical contact pressure gauge.
