自动灌胶机封装过程中液料的处理!

  在自动灌装机和点胶机生产前,应根据包装的实际要求选择包装设备。液体物料的贮存、除霜、加热、搅拌、干燥也是需要特别注意的因素。

  在自动灌装机和分配器包装前,我们通常将物料放入一个特殊的压力桶中。在包装设备的驱动下,液体物料将被排出。为了起见,通常将液体物料储存在所有生锈钢的压力桶中。一般需要配备必要的气压计、搅拌系统、液位报警显示系统等设备。为了防止液体物质的泄漏,我们必须确保压力桶具有良好的气密性。市场上常用的压力桶是略小的2L、3L、5L、略大的10L、20L。

  在包装过程中,胶水中的气泡会对包装质量产生严重的影响。因此,自动点胶机、灌装机与常规UV胶、导电胶包装时,必须进行凝胶除霜处理。所谓除霜过程的目的是将凝胶内的气泡减少到接近0。外部真空泵通常用于去除气泡。随着真空泵设备技术的不断改进,无油真空泵已经能够帮助减少流体中的气泡,解决噪声问题。

  其主要优点是:结构和原理简单,使用和维护成本低;更换桶针方便,通过更换零件可以滴下不同量的胶水;设备清洗保养方便;该系统具有灵活性,适用于不同粘度的胶液。

  缺点:胶料由空气脉冲推动,分胶周期较长。因此,在高速点胶时,速度有限,一般可达每小时40000点,随着点胶速度的增加,很难保证点胶点的一致性:每次点胶时,物料桶内的点胶液全部被压缩;
  Disadvantage: The rubber is driven by air pulse and has a long separating period. Therefore, when dispensing at high speed, the speed is limited, generally up to 40,000 points per hour. With the increase of dispensing speed, it is difficult to ensure the consistency of dispensing point: every dispensing time, the dispensing liquid in the material barrel is compressed;
  料筒胶量的不同使其对空气脉冲的反应不同,胶点不一致;如0805或0603包装的胶点很难滴出,如果包装达到0402或更少,则该技术无法做任何事情。
  The different amount of glue in the barrel makes its reaction to air pulse different and the glue points are different. If the glue points of 0805 or 0603 packaging are difficult to drip out, if the packaging reaches 0402 or less, the technology can not do anything.
