中空玻璃双组份密封胶使用时产生气泡的解决方法

一、解决含氢硅油产生气泡的控制方法:严格把好原材料关,不能采用能与基料缩合脱氢的原材料,尤其是原材料中掺杂有微量含氢硅油等脱氢的物质,避免气泡的产生。
1、 Control method to solve the generation of bubbles in hydrogen containing silicone oil: strictly control the raw materials, and do not use raw materials that can condense and dehydrogenate with the base material, especially the raw materials are doped with trace dehydrogenated substances such as hydrogen containing silicone oil, so as to avoid the generation of bubbles.
二、因环境温度、湿度较高或B组分添加过量等原因造成的固化反应过快,导致双组份密封胶反应释放的小分子副产物不能及时排出来所形成气泡。解决此问题的方法:

1、控制中空玻璃生产的环境温湿度,避开高温雨天施工。

2、严格按照产品说明书提供的比例进行计量配比;

3、不定期检查,如打胶泵、调比机构、混胶器、打胶枪等,从而确保混合比例的正确。

三、在发现双组份硅酮漏气时并导致玻璃胶产生气泡,轻微的漏气,可以通过对胶泵的螺丝实施旋紧处理,如果漏气特别严重时必须更变新打胶泵或更换被磨损的密封垫。

四、施工不规范引起的汽泡:一般这种情况与打胶过快有关,所以此种情况出现的气泡一定要注胶压力适度,混合后的双组份密封胶应沿一个方向涂胶,挤胶动作应连续、均匀、胶枪移动速度以始终保证挤出的胶在枪嘴的前方为准,即“推着胶”运动。
4、 Bubbles caused by nonstandard Construction: generally, this situation is related to too fast gluing, so the bubbles in this situation must be injected with appropriate glue pressure. The mixed two-component sealant should be applied in one direction, the glue extrusion action should be continuous and uniform, and the moving speed of the glue gun should always ensure that the extruded glue is in front of the gun nozzle, that is, the "pushing glue" movement.
五、解决手工混胶产生汽泡的措施:手工混胶时一定要混合均匀,混胶时顺着一个方向混合,该方法引进的气泡少,双组分胶充分搅拌后,用刮刀把胶样尽量刮平刮薄,挤出气泡。
5、 Measures to solve the bubbles caused by manual glue mixing: when mixing the glue manually, it must be mixed evenly. When mixing the glue, it should be mixed in one direction. This method introduces less bubbles. After fully mixing the two-component glue, scrape the rubber sample flat and thin with a scraper as far as possible to extrude bubbles.
六、产品选用正规的生产技术水平较高的厂家,否则有可能导致产品在出厂前就已经裹入了气泡,从而导致中空玻璃胶在施工中出现气泡的现象。
6、 The products shall be manufactured by manufacturers with high level of formal production technology, otherwise the products may be wrapped with bubbles before leaving the factory, resulting in bubbles in the construction of insulating glass adhesive.
七、双组份密封胶在换桶不当也会引起气泡,所以我们要采取规范的换桶法,如:在换桶后打开排气阀,使压盘内气体全部排放完,并有少量胶从排气口溢出时,并闭排气阀,然后开机打胶。
7、 Improper barrel replacement of two-component sealant will also cause bubbles, so we should adopt a standardized barrel replacement method. For example, after barrel replacement, open the exhaust valve to discharge all the gas in the pressure plate, and when a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, close the exhaust valve, and then start to apply glue.
八、施工后玻璃胶遭到曝晒从而产生气泡,所以让胶经过一段时间的固化,表层已结皮,具有一定的抗晒能力,在这种情况下,玻璃胶产生气泡的可能性比较小
8、 After construction, the glass adhesive is exposed to the sun, resulting in bubbles. Therefore, after curing for a period of time, the surface has been skinned and has certain sun resistance. In this case, the possibility of bubbles in the glass adhesive is relatively small
