双道密封工艺，道密封选用的是丁基胶，其主要作用是将铝条固定在适宜方位上，降低水汽及气体在边际的渗透性。中空玻璃的第二道密封胶有硅酮密封胶、聚硫密封胶、聚氨酯密封胶几种，分结构性安装和非结构性安装。第二道密封胶在中空玻璃中的作用是：一是起密封作用，即坚持空气层内的气体，然后有利于中空玻璃的性能坚持;二是起粘结作用，即把各元件结实的衔接在一起，坚持中空玻璃的结构稳定。

1、事前是否按标准做相容性测验

1. Is the compatibility test conducted according to the standard in advance

2、维护时间短就进行剥离性粘结测验，维护温度较低(尤其在冬天)

3、中空玻璃打胶机泵的气压缺乏，导致胶混合不匀，粘结作用要差些，同时容易形成枪头压力缺乏，打的胶缝不细密(密实度不行)

4、设备故障问题，导致胶混合作用欠安。假如打胶机的气缸密封垫磨损的时分，就会导致不一致的固化剂混合入胶内，AB泵工作行程不同步或者不匹配，AB组分混合不均匀，呈现花胶情况。有些在刚打完胶时还查看不出来，等胶干透了，就会透过玻璃看到花胶。可选用接连挤出测验来判断一下，即在一张平板上来回打出一条蛇形的密封胶，时间维持在三到五分钟，让泵少运转2个周期，查看是否存在异常情况(即所谓的软点)。
